BAF Aikido summer school

Our summer school began with a period of silence by all those in attendance to the memory of KEN COTTIER SHIHAN, who had passed away a few months before.

we included here some photographs from 2007 summer school, in his honour.

Cottier Shihan will be missed by all those who over many years had the honour to attend his classes,and had the enjoyment of his stories relating to his time with O'Sensei in the early 60's, and his many travels around the world.And of course there was also his jokes, and his enjoyment of singing!

 Cottier Shihan saw all those he knew in the Aikido world as his family.

Cottier Shihan was one of the finest ambassadors for Aikido in the world,

he will be sadly missed, but we should  try to live up to his ideals and he will never be forgotten.

夏の学校私たちの沈黙の期間を開始するすべての者が出席してメモリのケン入札小作人師範、 whoは数ヶ月前にこの世を去った。
ここでいくつかの写真に含まれるものより2007年夏の学校は、彼の名誉です。
入札小作人に惜しまれる師範who長年にわたってすべての名誉は、彼のクラスに出席し、彼の楽しみは、自分の時間をo'senseiストーリーに関連する60年代の初め、と彼の周りの多くの旅行のworld.and彼の冗談にもコースがあった、と彼の喜びの歌！
 入札小作人見た師範は、合気道のすべてのそれらの彼を知っていたとして世界に彼の家族です。
入札小作人のいずれかの師範は、合気道、世界最高の大使は、
彼は失敗が惜しまれるが、しようとしなければならない生活をする彼の理念や彼は決して忘れられない。
  入札小作人師範いただきありがとうございます。
